I don´t yet understand what is the exchange rate from american dollars to indian rupees? Say, 200 rupees-- what is that in dollars? Thanks

02/26pretty impressive, considering that the dollar has been tanking everywhere else - while in india it's still the same rate as it was when I was there three years ago. -

02/26Actually, the dollar went up against the rupee and then fell. I heard the rate was about Rs50=$1 last fall, and now is only Rs39.
